Temperatures are rising, the days are getting longer, tourists are taking over the beach… summer is officially here! And talking about summer also means talking about festivals, specifically one in particular.
Yes, yes: Primavera Sound (our favorite at Hideout Burger) is just around the corner, and once again it’ll take place at the Parc del Fòrum from June 3rd to June 7th.
We don’t know if it’ll be your first time, but from our experience (and festival hangovers), we know that surviving hours of live music without passing out means fueling your body properly.
And we’re not talking about grabbing a quick snack before invading the Fòrum. We mean a proper smash burger — juicy meat, sweet bun, and loads of toppings to give you all the energy you’re going to need.
A festival doesn’t start when the first act walks on stage. It starts when your body and your stomach are ready to go all in with Bad Gyal, The Cure, Skrillex, Gorillaz and the many other artists filling this year’s Primavera lineup.
And look, we’ve got nothing against festival food trucks. But you can’t seriously compare a rushed burger to what we do at Hideout. Every smash burger hits the griddle exactly the way it should: properly cooked, perfectly assembled, and made with an obsession for detail that turns the final result into something ridiculous.
Just to show how much we think about you, we’ve already got the menu ready. Take a look and start getting hungry…
We’re on the legendary Avenida Diagonal, number 121 — right at the entrance to Poblenou and just two cigarettes away from the Fòrum, where Primavera Sound takes place.
You can walk over through the Gothic Quarter and El Born, or hop on the L4 metro line, also known as the yellow line.
We’re not your parents, so we’re not going to tell you to bring a sweater in case it gets chilly or a spare outfit in case something happens. But we will tell you this: don’t show up to Primavera Sound on an empty stomach.
Stop by Hideout Burger, order your favorite smash burger, grab some fries on the side, and leave fully prepared to sing, jump, sweat, and whatever else happens at Primavera Sound — because the night is young and Barcelona never sleeps.
We’ll be waiting for you in Poblenou every day before the first concert, between gigs, or whenever you need a little break to feel human again. Let’s go!
