Like our burgers, our story was slow-cooked.

We are Beatriz and Lucas, and years ago we arrived in Barcelona from São Paulo eager to be the first to bring our beloved smash burgers to Spain.

So, after a lot of hard work selecting ingredients, perfecting the recipes, and finding the best location for a burger joint, we opened the first Hideout in the central Eixample district. But we were hungry for more, so we soon decided to open our second restaurant in Poblenou.

And we're still not satisfied: our dream is to bring Hideout to all of Barcelona, so we'll always be the burger place closest to you.

And we'll put all our effort into making it happen!

Next stop... Barcelona! Directly from Brazil, we arrived with the idea of bringing the smashburger to Spain. Something so rich has to be shared! So after a lot of hard work, we opened our first Hideout in the Eixample neighborhood. We're OPEN!

Founded by Lucas and Bea, a couple of Brazilians in love with good food and simple living, our dream began in 2019 with a clear mission: to bring smashburgers to Spain. Barcelona, with its vibrant mix of culture and modernity, became the perfect setting for our adventure.

Here, in the heart of this dynamic city, every corner of HIDEOUT is designed to offer you a welcoming and authentic place, where you can relax and enjoy special moments with those you love the most.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Shall we go into the kitchen? Look at her, she's there... It's our super powerful iron. The heart of who we are and where it all began! Do you smell it? Yes, it's our 100% beef tenderloin in action. Local meat that becomes a smash when you crush it on the griddle to make it caramelized, crisp and ready to dispose of in your mouth.

From our close and friendly attention to the music specially selected by us, everything is designed to make you feel at home. We use local ingredients and prepare our sauces in a homemade way, including our famous cheese sauce. The kitchen is our party, and we want you to enjoy it too.
